My family and I had high hopes for our stay, but it turned into a disappointment. While the hotel had a nice view of Lake Toba, the overall condition of the rooms was unacceptable. The cleanliness was lacking, and we encountered issues with the bathrooms. Dining options were not great either, leading us to eat out instead. A silver lining was the friendly interaction with locals in the nearby town, but I would not recommend this hotel in the future.

I had a pretty rough experience at this hotel. While the view of Toba Lake from my room was lovely, the condition of the rooms and the overall cleanliness was far from ideal. The amenities left much to be desired, and I definitely wouldn't recommend this place based on my stay. It seemed like it was time for some serious renovations.
